Awesome intro --- I love UO as well and I am addicted.  I personally think that they sneak in an addictive chemical into the game that makes you play it fortnightly (from I married an Axe Murderer) -- Welcome to SUO and hope to read many more posts from you...!

Holiday tokens are out for the 20th...time to dust off this script and put it to use again.  I am going to attempt to get the gump values, but if someone would post theirs, so we can check it for the ones we get, that will be great...!

I echo all the sentiment that others have posted before me and will post after me.  This site is probably one of the only sites that keep me playing Ultima Online.  I have played for over 18 years and I have been a member here for over 10 years.  Your dedication to these Forums is unmatchable.  Who else could there be to put in the time, energy, insight, and knowledge that you have done all these years?  I hope someone steps up and grabs the 'bull by the horns and runs with it'.  I for one do not want to see the living part of these Forums just wither and fade away, as you state it as "only a reference". 

Many thanks to you for sharing this with me and the entire Ultima Online Community (including the free sites).  I really appreciate everything that you have done for us here.  You have guided, took people under your wing, and inspired others to take up your torch.  Scripting is not easy.  It takes patience, time, and energy.  Oops, I forgot knowledge, plus a willingness to learn.  You gave us all that...!

I have tried to contribute where I could and will continue to (if I am allowed to).  I am by no means a Scripter.  I just love, use, and respect what it takes to put your focus on writing one (or more).

What else can I say...if and when you do take off, please crack the door open and at least say "Hi" once in a while.  You will be terribly missed...!

Rumors from the 20th Anniversary Party are that GamePlay starting in January 2018 will be free.  If you have a house and want to keep it or if you want to get a House, then you will have to subscribe.  The hope is that more players will come back to the game and new players may be attracted at first since it is FREE.  Also, they will maintain the UO Store and have other various tokens for sale...

applied the patch and still the same issue.

You definitely have too many background tasks running on your CPU.  For instance, quicktime, apple support, iphone handler, etc.

You can find out what background tasks are running by hitting ctrl-alt-delete on your computer, going to task manager and then looking at how many background tasks are running.  I disabled some because initially, I was running 65 background tasks, which all run and reside in virtual memory.

What cybercasper is saying is very true.  It helps if you start a new client with the tools function of EasyUO before starting the script. That way the first #contkind is always 'KRDD'
