Browser may be filtering it out.  Make sure you didn't install something within your browser like NoFlash, or you have tightened your browser security.
 
Also try another browser like Chrome or Firefox.

There are others who are saying, "Chatbox, what chatbox??"  :)

Also there is a + - Sign on the top right that lets you minimize it :P
