It's the way that UOSteam was written, very poorly. As I stated before it wants to be in the first 2 GB of Virtual Memory. I used the patch and that helps, but Windows 10 has a very bad way of cleaning up memory used and re-allocating it. I have had to reboot my system and make sure that UOSteam is one of the first things I initiate right after the re-boot. I load up 3 Clients thru UOSteam as I have 3 accounts and I set the other 2 aside if I am not going to use them. I also look into what background tasks I was running and removed some of them such as iTunes and Apple Support (and some other unknown useless ones that came with the machine). I am trying to get rid of Cortana...I don't want her on my PC!
