June Patch :

Cleanup Britain 2011 Version 3.0

    Redesign of Decoration.

Housing Decay System

    New Attribute "AllowFelucca" for Events (GM-Control)
    Corpse Stone no longer works only on the Map it was placed. You can use it for any Corpse you want to get, outside of Felucca.

Fountain of Fortune

    Adding Fountain of Fortune to the Underworld.
    You need to feed Lucky coins in order to obtain the Rewards.

Bomberman Game

    Adding the latest Revision of the Bomberman Mini-Game. This may be used as Mini-Event.

High Sea Fishing

    Adding High Sea Fishing Drops except Lobster Traps
    Adding High Sea Fishing Market except Boat Painting and a few more Features
    Adding Galleons , you can get all Galleons except the orc one yet. Sadly we cannot release the Cannons yet.
    Added Smooth Boat Control to all Boats. You may redeem your boat to get this feature enabled
    Adding new HS Peerless Bosses, those will be correctly added step by Step.

Champion System

    Correcting Stats and Handling of all Champs.
    Generating the Champ-Controller
    Fixed Champion Spawn Valor Advancing

Heartwood

    Leather-Quests by a Tailor may drop Leather Runics
    Metal-Quests by Smith may drop Smith Runics
    Tinkering-Quests may drop Tinker Runics
    The Drop-rates of higher quality Runic Tools has been revised
    The Global Chance of Runics is not changed!

Guaranteed Gain System

    The OGG-System has been enabled. This means you get a gain granted if you not gained for a longer Time. At 99,9% of Time you may never get this, because our Skillgains are much faster then EA.

Item Value

    Implemented a "Item Value" system. Players will find on all their new items, that there will be a quality assigned to those items.
    Equip able items will now be weighted and assigned a item value. The item value will change the color of the rarity of the item.

Staff related Changes

    Crymi works as full fledged Developer in our Team
    The Command to Set All Skills has been corrected for the new custom Skill
    New BaseSpecialCreature with more Abilities as the Default BaseCreature
    XMLVoting available (but not active by default)

General Changes

    Cutting down Logs works now according to EA and the required Skills.
    Anger Mobiles, wich are peaced, no longer will move more then 1 tile, when trying to tame it.
    The Single Artisan Spawn no longer exist. If you want to beat the Artisan, Challenge the Champion in Jhelom Swamps Felucca
    Altering should now work as intended.
    Alchemists may now are able to craft Shrink Potions
    Scribes are may now able to craft Glyphs of Shrink
    Stable-Vendors may selling now Essence of Shrink

Another Patch from last Saturday (forgot to post)

New Patch went online today with following Content :
ITS :

 *  Corrected RangeCheck in StealItem, was improper statement and would not allow player to remove item from steal pack.
 *   Updaste on Detection Range when Stealthing
 *   While stealthing if you are running you will be more noisy, a Muffled Movement Check will be done on each step.  If you fail that check or run beyond your allowed steps you will be revealed.
 *   While stealthing if you are walking you will only get a Muffled Movement check when your steps reach 0.  If you resealth before it reaches 0 and you never run you should theoretically never have to worry about the Muffled Movement check.
 *   If your Muffled Movement Chance is 100 or greater (total of all areas that count toward Muffled Movement) then you will never be detected aka revealed by a creature just from stealthing around.  Note this has nothing to do with being revealed when stealing an item.
 *   If your Muffled Movement Chance is less than 100 and creatures are in the nearby area (within your detectable range) then the server will determine the range at which that creature can detect stealthers.  ChanceToDetect = fame of creature in area / 1000.  Example:  If your detectable range is 4 and a Dragon is within that range it will have a (chanceToDetect)% chance to "hear" your noisy steps and reveal you.
 *   Summary: reduced detection range, reduced when Muffled Movement is checked, the Muffled Movement check is now broken down into 2 dice rolls (your roll and the creatures roll).  Less reveals now!
 *   Update Stealing Skill Cooldown based on Dex (10 Dex => 13.5 Seconds, 150 dex => 6.5 Seconds)

Tamer Little Helper

  *  A Account bound Item
  *  Will summon tamable creatures these creatures are different depending on Skills Level
  *  All creatures are frozen and player friendly

Treasuere Maps:
We have put HUNTING back into Treasure maps! Treasure Map locations are now have randomized locations. All maps that have been decoded before publish will be valid for only 30 days, after that period you will have to decode them again. We have added maps for all facets, redone the loot for the treasure chests, and added Guardian Mobs.

  *  Added some Imbuing Ingredients. (On level 2+ maps)
  *  Added a small chance for high property count items.
  *  There is a small chance to destroy items if lockpicking fails.
  *  Chance for Scroll of Alacrity.
  *  Chance for Decoration Vines. (that players can not grow)
  *  Chance for Tasty Treat for your pets.
  *  Chance for Recipes.
  *  Chance the chest will contain a Treasure chest map one level higher.
  *  Chance for a Skeleton Key. (+ lockpicking skill)
  *  Chance for Treasure Map Specific Artifacts. (level 5+)

Fixes & Additions:

  *  Fixing Tooltips on Core not to cause a possible Crash-Catcher
  *  Marking Cleanup Artifacts with proper Flag
  *  Fixed SkillBall Displaying (Blank Skills "Nothing")
  *  Change ID of Essence of Shrink on Vendor
  *  Travesty incorrect Region name
  *  Fixing an issue with AOS-Attributes on Weapons
  *  Fixed Crystal Portals
  *  Fixing Item-Tags on Treasures of Tokuno
  *  Added AllRecipesDeed.cs (donation item)
  *  Region Fix for Queens Loyality
  *  Fix for Weapons with reduced Damage due old Bug
  *  Red Skeletons in Doom respawn faster
  *  Fixed Out of Bound Exception on ITS-Artifacts
  *  Fixed Tamers Little Helper Crashing issue

Peerless Keys
Please be aware, this change is experimental! If we feel by feedback that this is not a good way we may adjust it for better experience!

  *  Removed Timer on peerless keys that drop on monsters
  *  Lowered drop chance on all peerless keys (keys can be sold / traded etc or even stored for a mass peerless hunt)

Boats :

  *  Increasing Hold of Weigth Capacity for old Style Boats
  *  New Command "I wish to place a trash barrel" will place one at your location on your boat.  Remove by chopping and only for non Galleons
  *  Swab the deck:  will clean the deck and place items into a trash barrel at your location for review.  All items will auto delete (including barrel) after 3 minutes.  Note: You can use ANY combination of words as long as "swab" and "deck" are both used.

I actually did my first champ spawn EVER yesterday.  Semdar.  It was pretty darn fun.  I'm trying out my necro/SW/archer/chiv character.  We've got several players that use CU Sidhes so with the meat shields in place, it made that template a pretty viable one.  Without the meat magnets, this template would be utterly worthless.

I had my alt character standing close lobbing in energy vortexes.  I had to play my Samproweaver by hand because I had no autotargeting, so I bumbled about and I died 3x more than the others, but it was still fun.

That is one nice thing about Rebirth..  we all get together and do things as a server.

It's an odd place.  If I really wanted to be leechy, I could accept all the help I've been offered.  But it's amazing how forthcoming people are with their offers for resouces, gold and powerscrolls.  Also I've never been on a freeshard that as social as Rebirth is.  General chat is even better than the shoutbox here.  :)  With my Chat Monitor designed specifically for Rebirth, it even feels like a chatbox!
