Title: C# ScriptAPI.cs - updated for ScriptDotNet2

Not sure whose code this was, there was no information at the top of this.  This is not my code, I just made some changes to it to use the new ScriptDotNet2.

I modified the ScriptAPI.cs from Orich's oRune, but it doesn't have any information at the top of it so I'm not sure whose code it is?

Maxwell recreated the scriptdotnet2.dll from code based of Neo and Orich.

We also have a nonofficial version of Stealth there : http://rghost.net/6HJXMkrmL wich seems in combination to be very very stable.

Once Vizit0r is back from work i guess he will put it to the official patcher.

Orichs Code back then was a progress of him and me. But we never finished our work. So since i work on coding for RebirthUO i hadnt time enough to finish the rework wich is based on structures like runuo.
