Nice list. Wall of Stone is something I have seen before. Tree leaves are good atm, except in the jungle areas I haven't messed enough with getting the multi tile trees down to one, so it's not misleading whether it's actually blocking or not.

Grass/flowers will think about. Had thought about enlarging a few things, but want to make sure it doesn't mess anything up. Bolas I could change to cannon ball, but they're pretty easy atm too. Roofs as said, still debating.. Got to make sure people would want it.
Ah, yes. Multi tile trees are pretty easy, the ones in Yew are 4 tiles, so you will need to make each one a knock down and it'll just look like a 4 tile diagonal line.

As gimlet said, start slow... I remember doing these sort of mods and what I hated most was changing a bunch of things at once, just to have to redo it all again, although I never made a patcher, I always did it by hand and redid it like so.
Here are some ideas to help you out though, some things that I used to do.

Wall of Stone (the spell) - Make it a tile, or knock it in half.
Fields - Tiles
Roofs (for older houses) - Get rid of them
Crates/Bagballs/Candelabras/Barrels/Soulstones/Chests/Secure Chests(gold) - Make passable (I dunno if this is possible anymore, I have been attempting to convert these items to their previous tiledatas)
Bolas - Convert to older style (cannon ball stack), change hue (I did neon green)
Rings - enlarge (For tele rings and such)
Trees - convert to stumps (or something similar)
Clutter (grass/flowers/etc) - remove (same as roofs)
Living tree leaves - Remove (trees in fel are dead thus they have no leaves, however trees in tram based places of life have leaves, converting trees to stumps will leave floating leaves in Tram/malas/etc.)

I understand that you state this is a copyrighted program, however will there be a source code released for it? I'm pretty new to programming as a whole, and have been thinking of starting with VB, I would love to see how something like this is created. It would provide near infinite knowledge. ^^

I probably won't upload the source code for a while - but maybe someday. It is written partially in VB Forms so the code is not straight forward.

Ah, no  worries then. ^^
I just like to learn with substance, makes learning kinda like solving a puzzle xD

Nah that's not me, acTually never played Baja either.
If you play any other shards, like PAC, Chessapeake, or Legends you would know me as one of the following,

Most people call me Matt in game though even though that character is on an populated server and I never use him. If not Matt they call me Tony Yayo. Or eBay

Ah, well then your friends Pug and Slipknot are on Baja. I know this because I have forced them to run off to their house more times then enough during their attempted raids on Minax base :)

This is actually a weird topic, My parents had 3 accounts, two had houses in fel and one had a house in Malas (from the time malas was released) 3 months into the 3 accounts being inactive, the two houses in fel when IDOC and collapsed. That was 4 years ago, and the Malas house is still standing. None of those accounts have been reactivated during that time.
