Khameleon's Auto Dispel Revrents

I wrote this little script when I hunted a lot of Lady Mels.

basically a Menu Opens up when Lady Mel Casts a Revenant a button will display, when I you click the button your character will cast Dispel and target the Revenant for you.  It will also Ignore Player Summoned Revenants.  I also use a Mage so if you have open slots an Energy Vortex Button will Appear when you click that your character will also cast EV, you will need to select the targeted area.  Otherwise this script needs no setup.

funny .. I worked on something like this after a request a few weeks ago
and postet it on over at winuo... in debug ....
it is called MMS Melisande Mage Supporter ...
- it dispels Revs
- takes care of up to 3 animals health and cure
- and takes care about your own health ...

hehe.. Interesting my fisrt version also had a dispel counter.
I wrote this because we used to fight her with 3 players and the Revs where a pain to dispel and would take out Cu down to quickly.

Very nice, I have a rough writeup of one somethign very similar for lady m fighting, though I think you buys have made it prettier than I ever did :)  I never got around the effort to clean up my script and make it clean enough to post up for eveyrone to use.  Then again that is what it is like with 90% of my scripts :(

im with you on that most of my scrpit writing is quick little snippets.  i never reqlly turn them into full blom scripts.  then my other scripting is geting other peoples scrpits to work on my system or change it a bit to work for my needs.

Yeah changing and tweaking other peoples scripts to do what I want them to do is alot of my stuff as well.  Firmly believe in not reinventing the wheel lol.  If someone else wrote it I will use their code and then tweak it as I want it to be tweaked lol.

actually 4 years ago it was quit easy when I was on the easyuo boards, but lately when I started with TM's scripts and now OMG.  its quiet difficult to follow there scripts.. I can't wait until ScriptUO is fully functional so you can follow some of those hard to follow variables like Namespaces and what ever else they use :P

I don't fear some of the larger scripts anymore with ScriptUO.  There was a time when I'd hate to debug the CLAw or something else like that, and I knew what a pain it was to surf around the code, follow flow, and search for items from within EasyUO.  Breakpoints will be a godsend for debugging for sure.  I'm still surprised they were not a feature of the original EasyUO; breakpoints are nearly ubiquitous in debuggers.

The stubs for them are already in SUO.  When you have a script open, click the space to the left next to the line numbers.  If the line can execute, the a breakpoint is added/removed.  If you click the "Debug" tabs, you'll see the line where the breakpoints are located.  Also, if you have breakpoints all over the place, then by clicking the breakpoints in the "Debug" tab, you will "zoom" your cursor location to the actual place in the code.

In the execution-enabled version, these do pause execution.
