Tested .30 Went to 72 really quickly when it started making bracelet it wasn't throwing them in the trash barrel. May be the Item ID not recognize to drag it in there. I am going to empty it manually and restart it.

Dbl Checked the ID # IJG seems to be correct for the bracelets.

Just read the above post from mine exact same problems should of read it before  :-X
heh, switch to .20 and it'll take you to GM in no time, and drop the correct items.

Testing out your .30 version.  Starting at skill 25.0 w/ 124k Ingots in the chest.  Start time: 12:45pm EST.  As soon as I finish I'll come back and update this post to give the totals and time taken, and of course if I run into any issues I'll be back sooner :-)

First Issue - it keeps removing all tinker kits and placing them into the secure w/ the ingots.  It is also moving all the parts its creating to this box as well, at these early stages in training.  When it removes the tinker kits, it then pauses asking you to place a tinker kit in the backpack and click play. I've had this happen 3 times now from 25-52.

Alright now that it switched to bracelets, we having the same issue but worse lol.  It takes all bracelets, tinker kits, and ingots and throws them in the trash.  After it does that, it then asks for a tinker kit.  I've done a quick scan thru the script and I'm not seeing why its grabbing the ingots or kits in the throw away lines. *Update* I added Ingots and tool kits to the "save list" see if that helps.  *Replying to Update* That didn't work... still throws them in trash.

Going to have to abandon the testing on .30, working on finals and having to keep pulling stuff out of the trash is becoming a major pain every 5minutes lol. Will try .20 to see if it functions correctly.

.20 dumps correctly, however version .30 dumps bad.  and I don't see why lol... this is why I'm a newb scripter :-(

Finished Tinkering: Total time: 7hrs 15minutes
Total Ingots used: ~19k Ingots  (reason I say roughly is because using .30 it was throwing away ingots so I'm unsure how many got wasted into the trash before I noticed.

_C2_ Script Library / Re: C2's BOD Collector Script

Hello C2 this script is amazing, as most of yours are.  However, occasionally I'm running into an issue I cannot seem to pinpoint.  I'm using this script on the EA servers, and 90% of the time it runs fine.  However sometimes the script seems to get stuck when clicking the logout button.  The cancel or ok box appears to log you out, but it doesn't click on the "ok / accept" button to log the character out.  So the script essentially pauses w/ the logout gump open and doesn't move.  I've tried assisting the script by clicking the OK - causes the char to log out - but it then just sits on the login screen.  So I tried the other way, clicking cancel to see if it would catch itself up, it doesn't appear to work that way either, character just sits idle.  I've tried adjusting the wait times to see if that was an issue, but that didn't fix it either.

I'm using W7, and when UO runs I have it run in basic mode, turn off all of windows extra fancyness which I know can sometimes cause the client to lockup and cause the script to miss its command.

If there is any other information I can supply you with please let me know.  Thanks again for the great script, but I'd like to help make it PERFECT!! heh

hehe, well i haven't used this script in about three years.  I appreciate your feedback that includes where the issue happens.  i tried to put an extra check in for the yes/no gump clearing.  let me know if it works.  this should handle a miss due to lag or whatever might be hitting it.  it will look for up to 15 more seconds if needed in case it misses.  try version c

Thanks for the quick response.  I will set this up later this evening and see if it corrects the issues.  I will report back here soon.  Thanks C2!

Wow C2, the stories I heard about this place having better scripts than Easyuo have quickly came true.  I'll update this more when I finish my character.  I'm making a necro/mage.  This is the time it took to do the skills:

1) Resist:  5 hrs 45min 0-120
2) Med: 0 - 120 done in same time as resist
3) Magery: 50-120 done in 22hrs
4) Eval:  0-120 in the time to do the above
5) Necro: 50-120 This took the longest.. about 29hrs.
6) Spirit Speak: 0-120 done in 9 hours

With magery I was using a -29 mage weapon and it was working out really well. However when I got into the 110 level actual skill, but w/ weapon on in the 80's and 90's when casting mass dispel, I almost think you start mass dispel too soon.  The gin rate slows WAY down for the first part of mass dispel.  I wish I would have wrote down the exact skill numbers I think it was 85-88? It seems it goes slow till you get about half way through casting it, then it picks up really quick and continues gaining well when it switches to EQ.

My name is Alonzo.  I played on Chessy for many years, I won't mention my character name(s) for safety.  I left back in 2005 took a long break, landed on a free shard ran by UOGamers.  Had a lot of fun there until I got banned for laughing at a GM.. But what can you do? Someone does something stupid and you laugh before you know it your first amendment just got ripped out of your throat.  I just came back to EA servers this week and seems there is some fun to be had. But before I can dig into the fun I gotta train.  Everyone I spoke to was telling me to come look at this place because EUO just isn't up to par on the scripts; and that excites me.

Anyway to the good stuff - I used to help in a lot of script writing, some which was published on Easy UO, many GREAT ones that were not.  I'm trying desperately to find my old scripts to see if I can tinker with them to make them work for today (if for some reason they don't).  Sadly, my main 2 pcs do not have the old scripts.  I'll have to dig out the oldie but goldies covered in dust. I hope I can find some great script writers who need a good accurate reporter to detail and look over any issues that arise in their scripts.  I never could sit down and write my own from start to finish, but I can go through and tinker with the areas giving issues to make them run smoother, and build off that. I hope to give awesome feedback to you writers, and contribute in any other way I can.

Thanks,

Alonzo
