So, this idiot GM sends me a reply to a page.  You have to read this yourself to believe it.

He does not even know what game I am playing, I am CERTAIN he is really going to help me!

If you want phone support - there is no choice for Ultima Online
but
if you chose Dark Age (or Warhammer online) you get UO support also!

I wish I would have saved a screen shot but a few years back, I think when that long candle quest was about, I had an issue that I had to page on. The GM that responded kept asking me moronic questions that had nothing to do with my problem to the point when I had to step back and ask "Do you even play this game?" to which they responded "Whether or not I play Ultimate Online does not matter...."
I really wish I could have remembered the whole conversation leading up to that. At least not they at least have the canned answers to the games they promote!

I miss the days when it was a requirement to have experience within the game, to become a GM... and there were ranks in which needed to be climbed to attain GM status... (IE: Pinkies/Councilors/Black Robes)
