These jokes remind me of the ones that were in my faux-daughter's joke book she had when she was younger.  She'd ambush me when I'd visit her Mom and tell me some of them knowing how horrible they were.  I finally took her book and hermetically sealed it  with my Seal-a-meal so she could no longer aggravate me with those ever again.  :)

That I did!  She still asks about it from time to time, but I've actually forgotten now where it is!  Good riddance!
