Menu Problems with Win 10

Just thought i'd point out to people that windows 10 has changed the default title bar icon spacing.
They have added a buffer space between the control buttons (drop, minimize/maximize, close) to make it easier to use them on a touch screen or tablet. This results in a menu that is hard to drag if it is small.
Larger menu's have no problems.

Yes, it can be a huge pain in the butt depending on if you need the menu up or not. I thought it was just me having that issue lol.
