Epic music thread!

Ok, so it's no news that I'm a music fiend.  I look for the coolest of the cool when I listen to music.  There are some albums release that one can argue are "Epic" in the sense that no bad song exists on the entire album.  This is a rare feat!

So, in your opinion, what music albums exist in this category?

I'll start out by posting my latest craze.  Muse is great good overall.  I first remember hearing one of their songs on MTV (Time Is Running Out - Absolution) and had to find who this band was.  However, in my surfing of their catelog I ran across this album:

I tell you; not a bad song on the whole disk.  This album drips "Epic" at a scale I haven't seen in decades!  Plus, you'll find *2* of these songs on Guitar Hero.  Knights of Cydonia on Guitar Hero III and Assassin on Guitar Hero - World Tour.   Also you'll find one or two of their songs in the lastest Twilight movies. (the author is a giant fan)

I haven't gone so gaga over a band/album since Faithless - Outrospective (ohh, they have LOTS of great music!)

Not sure if everyone has been to this site.  It lets you listen to whatever artist you want and artists like it for free.  It's totally free from what I've seen, after about a month there will be a commercial thrown in every hour or so, but still nice.  (Been listening since sometime last year I believe)  The cool thing is it has a thumbs up/thumbs down thing and if you give a song a thumbs down it won't play that song anymore.  After listening for a while you don't run into crap songs you don't like anymore.

I've been listening to Muse since you posted this.  Pretty good, I knew a lot of the songs but had no clue the songs went with this band.  Have you heard of Ugly Casanova? I've been listening to thier album "Sharpen your Teeth"  I like pretty much every song on that album.

Hey, if it's epic to you, then why not?  I went through zenoglyphs list to see what some of that stuff was.  I love music in nearly all forms (except country western...)

Well for my slipknot has to be the greatest band of all time there songs have so much meaning behind them and theyve helped me through alot....

but there epic album has to be Iowa but then they topped it last year with All Hope Is Gone which was there first platinum album just all of the songs amaze me
