I have not been able to get the Spellweaving to work for the last year.
they changed something in the game where now you can not target the pet you are riding on.
so the script will do everything it should but it just casts the WOD spell and nothing ever lands so no gaining and eventually the script times out.

if I manually get off the horse it will then kill it.
guilded or non-guilded, tram or fel, it kills the horse.

any suggestions?
is there something else we can use other than a horse?
i cant imagine a tiller man or vendor would work.
i have to guess that the mysticism would be the same, doesn't it use a horse as well?

Scripting Chat / Animal Lore Gump Killer?

with the change in the animal gump last year when they put in custom training of your pet they also messed up the animal lore gump for using animal lore.
historically to train animal lore i would just get a bird and hide and then make a uoassist macro to lore the bird and pause for 1 second and loop it and let it run for a day till it hit 120.

but now you cant use the animal lore skill if the animal lore gump is open.

so i need to find a way to kill the animal lore gump after each attempt to use the animal lore skill.

so ive been mucking around with a script but i thought maybe i should ask here first to see if anyone has any better idea's on how to skin this cat?

but it is choppy as heck and it wont run on my old computer only my new one.
and that kill gump event macro kills everything on screen, paperdoll, backpack, status bar, map ect ect.
i cant target the animal lore gump specifically.

anyone have any suggestions on how to make this run better?

im currently looking at adding in a sub to do a generic pet picking for like cows and gamins
set %initpet IG_NG_OH

then a use that pet sub
but its the killing of the gump that has me stumped.

thoughts?

trying to save myself from re-inventing the wheel.
i was looking around and all i had in my own notes was a partial list.
thought it would be nice to have a complete list of all animal IDs.

i thought maybe someone at some time had done one, but ill be damned if i can find it anywhere, but i thought i had saw one once upon a time.

anyways, if anyone knows where one is id be uber thankfull.

Hello all im having alittle problems with this script i m guessing the menu change and bomerangs are not the same...... Because....

Im at 102 BS... and the version .30 started making bacinets... When it finish it didnt melt the item and the tool kept spawning Need more ingots for that.........

Ive try the older ones to get any luck...
but they made cannon balls....

Anyone having this problem???

or know what to twig to make the right stuff?

im in the same boat that you are.
the script has run like a dream, im up to 98.6 and it switched over to Plate Helms and seems to be stuck there.

im gonna crawl into the script tonight and see if there was a menu change recently.

im assuming it will just be a matter of changing the item 12 settings for royal circlet.

anyone know off hand?

**EDIT**  k, so i went in and stopped the script and made a royal circlet by hand and hit run again and it seems to be running smooth once more.

** 2nd EDIT**  all right, so it ran smooth to 100.1 then switched over to boomerangs like it was suppose too, now its purring along just fine.  im assuming that there was just a ghost in the machine there and a lag spike hit and messed up the script for a moment, as it seems to be running flawlessly once more.

here's a question.

running this with the stealing section.
ive run it a bunch of times.
but ive noticed acter a while that it gets mucked up.

it will move a couple bottles over to the steal bag (say 9 @ 90 skill)
it will try to steal that for a couple times, maybe pull 3 or 4, then another 2 ect ect ect.
then it will go to reload them so it will restack all the different ones it stole then plop them into the bottle bag to get the stack back up to 12.

now here is where it sometimes messes up.
it will pull the entire stack over to the packy instead of the 9.

ive had to make a couple thieves for factions so ive had to run this 3 times now in a row to 80 or GM and this has happened im gonna say maybe 30 times over the last week or so.

and that seems to effectivlly stop the script.
the script will keep trying to steal the pile of 12 but since its past our level it will fail at it forever with no gain.

now, im guessing that this is probablly a lag issue of some sort? ya?
so before i go in and start to play doctor i thought id come and ask the real doctor, hehe.
what do you think?
so i go in there and add a bit of longer of a pause in the pull between the drop into bottle bag and the pull bottles to put into the packi?

or do you think there may be something else going on here?

i decided to do some work on my luck suit and needed a smack load of shrooms to burn, so i ran this.

i found that i needed the curser RIGHT ontop of my dude or he ran like a mad man.

short of that it worked really good, hehe.

i actually fell asleep and left it going all night and woke up to just under 1k in shrooms.

so ya, it works!

OMG i so miss the pen trick.

i didnt think i would miss it so much, but now that i have to work stealing again its like pulling teeth!

im tainted now.
ive seen how easy it can be done with the pen trick, and now its gone!
*wimpers and crys*

but it could be worse...... i could actually BE training stealing by hand, hahahhaha

thanks C2, im running stealing right now as i type this and its working like a charm.

ive been playing so long i think i have played on pretty much every shard in game, north american that is.
currentlly i find myself playing more on LA and GL and a little on ATL.
but that changes a lot!

and im into PvP with a little light S&M...... hmmmm thats not right.

new to this site, thought id stop in and say hello and i hope to have some fun here with you all in this community.

im a long time player, since beta infact, good old 1997.
and ive been in a few of the focus groups and beta expansion over the years.

im a long time scripter as well and use them a lot of the time myself.
i also like to test scripts and hack some up as well, haha.

looking forward to meeting you all.
