Be more specific if you can.   Dbl click an object to use it?  Click and Drag something to get a bar?  Interact with a Gump?

Well..   I know there's a dmc option for the click command but I've never tried manipulating gumps while moving around with my mouse cursor so not positive how that's going to work out for you.   I'd think you could simply macro a macro to target your runebook after casting recall and generating a target cursor without having to do any gump interaction.   In PvP I would guess it's simply a matter of GTFO etc..   So just set your runebook to where you want to go and have your macro  do the rest... or script.

A good reference will be TM's runebook subs. This will help you out tremendously.  http://www.scriptuo.com/index.php?topic=18.0;highlight=trailmyx+runebook
