Title: Average champ spawn resist, plus other creatures.
Post by: Canuker on June 27, 2011, 08:25:05 PM
I posted this on Stratics a while back and see that there is some people looking for it here so......

Rikki   spawn   Neira   spawn   Semidar   spawn   Mephitis   spawn   Corgul   Navery
85   45             28   43.75           74        55.25        78           51.25           92           55
85   40             40   27.5             70        52.5           65           30               86           45
35   36.6           55   56.25           65        22.5           65           32.5             94           65

85   35.8           25   37.75           69        37.5           65           37.5             81           70

Feel free to add to this if you hunt other stuff but this is all I farm.  Not included is a coon but only cause it is just plain easy.

Considering only L3 and L4 spawn, here are the average resists

Abyss
56/53/23/35/38

Arachnid
54/38/40/71/34

Cold Blood
47/45/38/47/36

Undead
44/28/56/46/38

Vermin
39/25/8/15/15

Now, my thinking here is to make Radiant Scimitars for doing the main spawn, and Slayer Bladed Staffs for the Champs. If you really look at the numbers you can get away with two Scimitars for doing all 5 spawns. I only need 35% DI to hit 100% and I don't need any SSI.

Max Hit Mana Leech (Reduced to using NO void orbs)
44% Hit Stamina Leech
44% Hit *1*
44% Hit *1* Area
35% Damage Increase

*1* = Hit Lightning and Hit Cold Area for Abyss, Vermin and Cold Blood spawns
*1* = Hit Fireball and Hit Fire Area for Arachnid and Undead spawns

Cheap build only costing 4 Relic Fragments and no special ingredients. So 8 relic frags for two Radiant Scimitars capable of tearing up all 5 spawn types.

I made slayers for them all but really the only one you might "need" it for is the abyss as those can pack a punch.  Hit area and running that champ targeting script from easy makes all of them a breeze.

I still am forever trying to improve my weapons and tactics.  I just revamped my samp to spam AI's but I really need to switch resist for anat or higher parry(for the lower mana cost or higher damage).

Cerv, that was my exact plan! Made a new sampire on a new shard and wanted to try and do so cheaply. Although for rat spawns, I'll still stick with rotating Soul Seekers. That's much cheaper than using imbued stuff, atleast for the first level.

1 SC -1 Radiant Scimitar with hit cold area and all the other sampire stuff is what you need for the rat spawn as it avoids the whole damage thing.

Spell Channeling negates slimes.

LOL, the perfect weapon for low level rats would have either self repair or be spell channeling. Of course it would have big spell area as well.

This thread has officially been John Locke'd!

For those of you who don't read stratics, it's now a little easier to make elemental weapons with reforging. I personally plan on re-doing most of my spawning weapons now.

I updated the link in my post. I don't remember if it's in the thread or not, but it seems to work best with Copper or Bronze hammers. I wouldn't try anything higher to just get elemental.
