Has anyone else noticed that the frequency you get the "that is in appropriate" message when trying to name runes these days...  

CAnnot use the name of any npc seems like.

seems that way to me... in the last day its happened at least twice to me... when marking a rune next to a quest giving npc with the npcs name.
