So, anyone know how to access your accounts? It looks like a mess tbh!

I tried account management, no luck getting my accounts worked out. I hope to Christ they don't expect us to re-input the stupid game codes of all the add-ons, etc we've already put in. I'm assuming that detail will eventually get migrated over.
When they come for me I'll be sitting at my desk
with a gun in my hand wearing a bulletproof vest
My, my, my how the time does fly
when you know you're gonna die by the end of the night

ok think i have it figured out.

From step one:
1: enter email addy in EA account
2: forgot pass (if you've never created an EA account like myself)
3: check email click link to create your email
4: verify account
5: recheck email to click yet another link
6: make a "persona" username or something like that
7: after that it'll start you on key activation page does NOT mean you have to enter it all again
8: notice orange buttons top of the screen
9: click link accounts (it'll have every account you have attached to your email)
10: up top you'll see current account with your "persona" name
11: toggle it to your linked account then you check the billing/subscriptions
12: still working on the rest

Yeah...but what if you have multiple accounts associated with the same e-mail address?  I'm terrified to do anything, for fear of losing one or the other of my accounts.

FFS people.  This is a cluster.

You just link whichever ones you want then you go up top and toggle them to check subscriptions.

HOWEVER, what i don't know is the billing/how to UNLINK an account and what this mysterious CS_UO subscription is that is going to be active from 8-14/8-16.

Other than that once you get used to it, it doesn't look all that bad.

I'm NOT 100% positive but i'm getting the feeling you have to re enter your billing info in.

Its just not recognizing the 6th char slot. Hopefully when they get it fixed people will have their characters back.

Other than that the whole process was fairly EASY when you take time and get to know what's going on.

For those that are worried about the characters being missing...don't worry. :)

Mine was gone earlier today, but has shown up after the first little fix they did.  Appears that your characters are still there, just not showing up.  I'm sure they will get it fixed.

Secondly, just wondering what some of you other folks are going to do in regards to your secondary/scripting accounts.

I'm a little concerned with attaching the accounts I use for resource farming into the same EA account with my main non-scripting account.

I know I can probably keep them under separate accounts there, but do you think there is anything to worry about having them attached to the same credit card information?  I was buying gametime codes for gold from a few places, but it looks like UO has put an end to being able to do that.  Would a pre-paid type of credit card be wise for the other accounts?

What are you going to do?

i never made a master ea acct because when you violate games terms your master acct got marks.  I was afraid it would lead to multiple bans.

i will make junker yahoo accts for emails and put junk scripting on there when i create a new acct.  for now... i have two emails with accts attached so some accts are seperate.

EA ACCOUNT TOS

"You may lose your user name and persona as a result of Account termination. If you have more than one (1) Account, EA may terminate all of your Accounts and all related Entitlements."

Not sure if this mean if you get caught with 2 Master Accounts you may lose everything or if you get caught breaking the games TOS get banned you risk losing your master account and anything tied to them..

I'd definately run a proxy with junk email and a smooth name for 2nd script EA and UO accounts.

They say this account transition isn't 100% and that there are still things to work out.  You Think!!

I was able to get a Master Account created and associated it with my email address.  I have 5 accounts associated to the address and it found 4 of them.  This of course now makes me second guess if my 5th account is on a different email; however, it doesn't appear that they have the feature where you can enter an email address and get a list of your accounts associated to that email.  I used to depend on this feature.  It almost appears as though I will have to create a second Master account but I hope not.  I have yet to see an area where you are able to add an account to your master.  It seems as though you can only LINK the ones already associated to it.

Thoughts? Suggestions?  Anyone else encounter this issue?
