No, this isn't intended to be a VI vs EMACs  thread.  I'm just curious what editors you guys use when you aren't writing ScriptUO stuff.

I'm partial to UltraEdit, though I used Crimson Editor before we got a license at work.  Also, I used a ton of GVim, but mainly because I do a lot of work in console and I get accustomed to VI.

That's all I use now. I delete Notepad from my systems. Even if it were nothing more than an excellent text editor it would be worth it. Add to it the open source development model, endless numbers of plugins, macro recording, custom language mappings, on and on....I'm a Notepad++ fan!

Lol!  Having the ability and it being "good" are two different things.  One of the few reasons I use UE (macro support and ctrl+0-9 paste support are the other reasons).

I use "E - Texteditor"
I like the Autointend Feature and the support of soo many Languanges.. Syntax highlighting, Autocomplete Code, Webpreview for Webdesign etc etc..
But against the other Editors here it cost 50$..

I also use Ultra Edit, but because he has a built in hex editor that I use quite often so it comes in handy :)
