Poison

OK - i can not cure poison so someone give me some suggestions.
(This comes from remove trap in exodous and telekinecis does not work on Siege)
I have 120 resist
Greater cure does not work.
I have low magery and no eval on this tone.
Will inhance potions make greater cure potions work?
(oh and petals make no difference)
I have not tried poison skill yet

The Easy way to go would be to increase your Magery skill which directly effects your chance at curing.  Alchemy will also increase your odds of curing with Cure pots though I don't recall by how much atm.

unfortunatly my toon has a full plate and the only thing i can give up is resist and i really dont want to do that.

so now the two qustions i have

1) will enhance potions help with chugging cures
2) will 30 alchemy help any?

It gets pretty annoying to go through 40 gcure pots to cure poison twice :X

40 pots = 80 stones. Lots of weight to carry for something that can be spammed on you.

Hmm you could try the good ole lesser poison trap box.  Once upon a time you could change Deadly poison into lesser by hitting the trap box after you've been DP'ed.... and thus use Vamp form to auto cure or even petals..  Not sure if that works atm though.  If you can figure  a way to fit it in I'd just go stoneform 120 myst / focus & you just cannot be poisoned at all.. !

Unless I'm missing something, gc pots should cure 1 in 4.  Also, 100 pots = 100 stones if you're carrying a keg.

They fixed that iirc. I used to carry lesser poisons on me for that very thing.

Get DPed. Drink lesser. Cure. bam.

I was a little unclear from your post Gim, did you try GM Remove Trap skill and just remove the poison trap?

Without the ability to do Arch Cure I'm not sure...

How about poisoning yourself with lesser BEFORE triggering the trap.
Vampiric Embrance?
Healing/Anatomy with bandaids?

Also, is 25% cure rate accurate for Lethal poison or is that just Deadly poison? I'm guessing you're getting hit with Lethal.

I don't think having alchemy will help much.

You are right enhance potions and alchemey did not help.
I am GM remove and i fail most of the time removing  and get DP'nd.
Finally bit the bullet and did what Alpha suggested with 120 Myst and Focus using stone form (that solved the problem) I am still looking into other methods.
Will try your idea with lesser today

EDIT: Looked at it a bit deeper and its poison damage not damage from poisoning so wont work for you.

Greater Cure potions will cure it, you'll just have to chug a couple every time. Alchemy gives a 10% bonus for every 33.3, so 30 will give you no bonus. If you can squeeze 3.3 points from another skill, you would get a little bump. You could also squeeze in 20+ EP on jewelry and be decent there as well. I roll most PvPers with minimum of 30EP if possible.
