Making the perfect mystic weapon

So I am starting to try and make the "perfect" spell channeling Mystic weapon.

So far I need to put spell channeling on it

and one handed.

Now here is the question should I ignore offence and just put defense stuff on it since I have no anatomy or tactics just the 120 weapon skill from mysticism.

or add hit chance and damage?

I would personally make 2 weapons.

One with Spell Channeling and one without

If you use the Spell "Enchant" You can add SC -1, and Hit spell to a weapon (Provided it doesn't already have hit spell)
Monkeys and Typewriters!

" Oh I know, We'll make a Boss Encounter that requires 3 keys per player to enter, Then we'll make it not a closed instance so you never know if you are going to pop into a fresh room or a boss that has 1% Health left with 20 dudes smashing its face in, wasting your time and effort"

What kind of template do you have in mind. 

If you don't have HCI and 120 throwing you will be missing a lot. 

I have weapon have
sc
SSI
HML
DI
Slayer ( if needed) or HLA
