Where/what would you farm for gold/resources/items with the following build?
120 Taming
120 Lore
120 Vet
120 Music
120 Disco
100 Magery
20 Med

i use it for the black essence a lot and farming the lord oaks champ

The Labyrinth to Farm miasma and get my hands some paragon chests containing level 6 maps.
I used to bring my Cu Sidhe down there all the time. Cu Sidhe you have to watch...Greater Dragon does real well against Miasma. Alot of gold fast and the chance for an artifact every now and then.

Pulling the chest out could be the tricky part. I think there are like 4 different ID's for the chest. Most of the time it's hard to place more than 2 or 3 in your pack before your overloaded. Alot of people are getting smart and picking the chests on the spot because moving chests back and forth can be burdensome and time consuming.
The only bad thing about that is not being able to unravel the chest. You can squeeze a fair amount of magical residue and enchanted essence out of the Miasma chest's.
If we had a portable Soul Forge we'd be in business.

I can eval the loot and loot the good stuff....
I think there's even a way to get stuff out without lockpicking... but that might be Elite :P

got to eval the loot, i was looting everything till i was full and unraveling for 1-2 relic frags per trip. Thats without even touching the chests

Yep, I think there would be a way to eval/loot the corpse AND eval/loot the chest.
But, you would either need a second char, or NOT use a 5 slot pet.

Do the same thing for crushed crystal only use alchemy instead of lockpicking

You can view what's in a locked chest without opening it, but as far as I know, you can't pull it out without opening it
(As for the viewing part....that's Elite!)

If this is elite only, please move it..... But can't you put a locked chest onto a vendor to see what's in it, without unlocking/opening it?

You can put it on anything, horde minion, pack animal, etc...

There's another nother way, and you can keep most of it too :P

You can sell the contents of the chest without picking it. Unless this was fixed.

I've never had much luck with taming versus Miasma thanks to the mortal that it likes to continuously inflict on my pet. :)
My disco tamer is almost entirely used for the Wyvern spawn in the Abyss. Though lately I've also found that it works very very well against Navery.

If you have mystic on your tamer, mortal becomes less of an issue.

I haven't ventured into the land of the mystic tamer quite yet, maybe someday.
I still farm Miasma for the chests with my Sampire actually. Use a stealther on a second account to come in and pick up the bags of loot and chests that my looter pulls.

Yeah, could double client to do that. I prefer to just sell the contents of things without opening them. If something is worth keeping, buy it back from the vendor.

I had tried various pets without a lot of luck. I stoned mystic onto her, and now it's laughable how easy it is.

Greater dragon?
I've done it with a rune/mare combo too, just make sure you take the pets out in the right order so the beetle tanks it. Gotta be johnny on the spot with the bandages, though.

I think replacing the LP with chiv would allow you to farm anything you wanted but the build can be done with imbued jewels easy. If you had a 100 fire or energy weapon you could add scorp slayer to you'd be rocking.
