Title: Character Creation?

Can you make a character using the stealth client only? With out having to load razor or something to make the account and toon.

In latest Beta, its already in (i suggested some weeks ago) Now it depends on Vizit0r when he finally release 3.9.9 with a ton of new features(Hotkeys, Fastlogin dll, Char Creation , Frame Access, More Options for Stealth) ...
