Housing Decay Reactivated in 2012
   

We expect to have housing decay turned on by the beginning of next year.  We are going to start giving everyone a warning, this being the first of several you will see.   Please take the necessary steps to secure your house before its turned back on.

I remember when decay was turned back on after the AOS debacle, it was insane! I was on Atlantic at the time and it was the only time I ever ended up calling in sick to work specifically to play UO lol!

I think this will be a real eye opener for alot of people.  There is a ton of room on the smaller shards and I suspect a third of what is around is not being used.
