If you read up on this movie. I believe I got the data from IMDB. This is the prequel to Alien and how it all started.

Looks good to me! "Cut it off! Cut it off!"... I could see it being a prequel. Or just something very similar.

I watched it on HBO's 3D movie section. It sucked.

Yes. I meant to review it after I watched it. The CGI was good. It is also a good movie to sit down and watch if you have nothing else to do at all and are bored. The movie over all was lacking on the plot side. It had good ideas and could have went way beyond anything we have ever watched but they just picked a little at the potatoes and alittle at the beans but never ate the whole plate. So I believe the movie as a whole had a big hole int he middle were it had the life left out of it. Also several of the actors over played the parts and the movie jumped around to much to allow you to get interested in a certain plot.

ditto... it showed real potential and then totally flopped. but the eventual Prometheus 2 might be better....

There was no plot. There was no continuity. There was no dialogue worth remembering. There were no excellent action scenes. There was no way to get attached to a character. It was awful. I watched the movie purely so i could use the 3d feature of my tv for something other than the VS Fashion show, which was not real 3d but converted to 3d.
