At a loss for links to add

I'm not allowed access to be able to view the Community Links page.  This is what i get:

An Error Has Occurred!
You can not view the links page.

Ok, ya'll should have the correct permissions now.

At the moment, I'm the only one who can do that.  I'll look into the rights to allow for people to increment it.
