Title: Crafting spellbooks

Magery spellbooks can be crafted with mods such as slayers, + to skills, + to stats etc. Can necro and myst spellbooks contain those or just magery spellbooks?

Any book can have the property.

I have never gotten any necro or myst books with any bonuses. Do you have to have necro and myst at gm skill minimum?

Need GM minimum. 120 is best. Wear an exceptional scribe talisman as well.

I haven't made books in years. So this could be out of date. But I believe it's current info.
