Hi Noah Welcome to SUO!

Without the occasional scripting UO can get pretty boring. From the sound of it...interacting with the wife sounds alot better than scripting or playing UO.

My folks used to live out in Houston. I made it out there a few times to visit. It's not California but I did like that there was a poolhall on almost every corner and some are even open 24/7.

Always good to see another true fan whose been playing since 97'. Welcome!

Sorry to hear about your loss. :(

Is that her in your avatar? She was stunningly beautiful. I believe that has to rank near the very top of one of the hardest things in life to deal with...when a parent loses one their children.

Glad you found us here at SUO and I hope your enjoying the site. Don't be shy about asking questions.. we are here to help. Sometimes it takes us awhile but we eventually getting around to pointing you in the right direction.

If I make it back through Houston I'll have to look you up. I'd like to play and visit the poolhall where Jersey Red used to play.

Noah, So sorry to hear of your loss.  That is a very tough thing to deal with... I too have lost a daughter, though I only got to keep mine for 8 years instead of 18, it is quite possibly the hardest thing we could ever go through.  If that is your daughter in your avatar, she is absolutely breath takingly gorgeous.

I too have family in the Houston area.... Waller to be exact, maybe we can hook up the next time I'm down that way.

Welcome again to SUO!

She was a very pretty girl; it's always hard to hear about people who finally succumb the their inner-demons.  I always tell people to try and put themselves 5 years ahead and then look back to see if things are REALLY that bad.

Anyhow, I hope our little place can form a much-needed diversion; I've disappeared more than once into the UO universe.  So welcome to the site.
