SSI Calc or formula?

I saw Cerv put out some dex numbers for bokutos to swing at max.  are there any formulas or tools to do that with ease.  i was interested in refining my stats on a few characters a bit more carefully but have no idea on how to accurately balance SSI, with dex with stam and speed of weps.

Well, its basically


(Weapon speed - stamina/30*.25)(1-ssi/(100+ssi)) rounded to the nearest .25 second

Believe I uploaded a spreadsheet for ppl to use, too.  Just plug in weapon base speed, your max stamina and the weapon SSI.

I always found this helpful Stratics Weapons... Pretty helpful when you can compare multiple weapons at a time.
