Title: switching fishing skill to another character

that would make the new toon with the fishing skill start from the bottom with the fish mongers as far as quest points correct? So if this is true its probably not a great idea to do so??

Nope from everything I have read, it is not smart to move the fishing skill off a player unless you got a lot of extra resources to redo your levels with the fish mongers.
