question about ssi and diamond mace

If i have a diamond mace with 30 ssi what would my stam need to be for max swing.  Cant seem to find the ssi charts anymore.

Not sure, the last time I ever saw the swing speed charts was on UOC before it got the axe :(  Another rememberence of great info that got killed off :(

cool thx, so if im reading this right with a diamond mace at 3.0 swing speed as standard, I have one with 30 ssi, i will only  need 150 min stam to swing at 1.25
