I just went from 4gb of 667 ddr2 to 8gb of 800 and boot ups are faster as well as way less lag when doing lots of multitasking.

I run 12 GB of DDR3 but my motherboard can support 32GB.. I just haven't seen the need to upgrade to that point yet.

I thought windows 32 bit only can use 4 gig. is everyone else using windows 64 bit ?

its lesser than 4 GB and yeah i think we all use 64 Bit... :)
