i bought a 18x18 malas house and they come with this items =D i paid 26m for the house. maybe i did a good deal?

When I restarted my account I of course had to find a new place to live.
I was able to find 6 spots to place 18x18 houses on Lake Superior. I quit looking after that and chose the one with the lightest spawn.
Shortly after that I convinced biggoodjohn to move back to Lake Superior and he used one of the other spots. Occasionally I recall to the runes for the other 4 spots and they are still vacant.
For an 18X18 fully built I might give whatever it would cost to build the house they've got but I don't pay for spots.
As for the weapons.
I like the Katana not sure I'd spend that on it though.
Are you on an OSI shard and is housing hard to come by?

Hes playing atlantic and housing is very hard to come by on that shard.

Well then there you go. It's worth what the market will bear and I don't know the market on Atlantic.

i think only the house worth 20 - 30, so the items come free, i want know if any of this items have a significant value like 5m+.
