I'm using windows 7, haven't needed to use so much recently as I gathered all the boards I will need for a while. I will try running in compatibility mode next time I run and see if that helps.

Not literally everyone 
I just went through the thread and although several people mention the problem I don't see any solution. I don't mind spending the 10 minutes it takes to set up each time but it would be good to know why it's not working.
Apart from the save this works perfectly, thanks very much for making it available Neo you rock!!!

Thanks for making the script available, I seem to be having the same problem as everyone else. The script seems to allow me to save but gets stuck loading setup whenever I try to restart has anyone found a solution?

Well shucks thanks for the warm welcome.
I've been playing around with a few scripts just getting the hang of it all at the moment. It took me a couple of hours to work out how to run a script
.
Some fantastic work, I hope I can contribute myself when I have some more time. Night school, work and starting a new business is taking up a lot of time

Just reading some of the other introduction's here and they put my original post to shame. 
I'm Andrew, I live in the UK and I like UO. Man I love the game nothing else has really come close,
I played WOW for a year or two but never really got as addicted as I did with UO.
In 2005 I started my tamer on Europa Proximo was my first toon, walking round trammel with my two drakes trying to
do the solen quest to make money. I was getting owned by their acid had just lost my hard earned 100 lrc suit and was running to get res,
when a lady named Lilith stopped and ressed me. Lilith showed me how to do the solen quest to become friends with the hive, gave me a new
suit and got me added to her guild. It wasn't long before I was doing Dreadhorn, Mel and trying do champs.
I read a guide on using a necro tamer to solo champ's and I wanted to give it a go. Asked my guild leader about it and he said
"No do not go it's to dangerous." However I was determined and he agreed on the condition I beat him in a duel.
Doesn't make a lot of sense now but he let me use my nox mage for duel's and I did eventually beat him after many weeks of dueling
outside his brit tower.
I set my alarm for 4am and began to scout out the t2a spawns, I didn't really understand what I was doing but I . We went to Ice west and Barracoon the vermin horde was up.
Not that I had any idea what it was called I proceeded to progress the spawn slowly but surely the first a white candle, then more.
Then a red I realised this was gonna take a while, but I persevered and eventually I got to the 3rd tier. I died, died again, and again,
and once more those rat mages really did a number on me eventually I managed to progress to teir 4 it was now about 5 am I was getting worried about PK's.
I called in guild chat for help and we finished it off quick with two tamers and a mage.
I don't remember the scrolls we didn't get a 120 but I was thrilled, I had taken what felt like a huge step in my UO career and had taken my guild out of trammel.
We where very cautious at first planning weekday early morning champs in the most secluded t2a spawns,
but around two weeks later about 7am we where in the middle of a coon. When suddenly red's everywhere
I am not ashamed to admit I panicked, we where wiped in seconds our spawn was over. But that was the end for us, gl didn't want to go back
and I got bored, I was failing at college and decided to quit and get a qualification.
That summer I passed my Natural sciences access course, but failed to get into uni, I ended up getting a job on a building site. I worked as a labourer for
3 years and then joined a friend catering until two years ago I decided to go back to school. I have been studying from home and working part time to try and
finally get to Uni, it seems to be paying off as I just got accepted to my dream uni.
I apologise for my lousy first introduction, I'm not the most outgoing of people.

Hi I am Proximo, I have been playing UO on and off for 10 years, and before that I desperately wanted too. I still remember the excitement I felt when reading the review in PC gamer back in 1997 unfortunately I didn't get an opportunity to play for another 7 years. When I finally left school and had the money to pay for sub fees I joined Europa where I played a tamer mage for many years. Uo started getting in the way of college and work so I had to quit.
In recent months I have been playing on a variety of free shards. An Corp, Forever and Demise. I have done some scripting in the past and often help people out with macro's if I can. I am trying to teach myself programming alongside going back to Uni to study biology and work as a developer.
Look forward to getting to know some of you Proximo
