Title: Ipad w/ iOS 7 question. Non jailbreak. I'd like a full root capable file browser

Let's just say I have Game of thrones season 4 opener on the ipad now somewhere .....LoL but I need a file browser that's not neutered to find where and move it so CineX player can play it etc..  Any suggestions?  It's the wife's toy but I toasted my PC mobo recently so she wanted her GoT season 4 fix NOW....I never play with this thing.
