Television/Movies / Re: Game of Thrones
« on: October 03, 2011, 09:45:42 AM »
I'm out of the Game of Thrones fan club.

First season was fairly cool, but I never really cared for the writing style of GRR whatever. Then killing off the only good char...

I made the mistake of looking ahead in the series by reading the summaries on Wiki. I don't want to spoil it for anyone so I'll just stop there.

I may DVR the next ones and watch them when there's nothing else on... but it won't be my "OMG I have to be home Sunday Night to watch GoT!!" kind of show.
you mean your not interested in seeing how grusome they make the red wedding??? :o

something dealing with the crafting gump. kinda like the craft item by KAL.
since a lot of the scripts break due to changes in that gump, putting it all in one spot makes sense.

1.start SUO
2. under file select load file
3. find script u want to READ ( please note SUO defaults to .txt and some files are .euo)
4. as TM said SUO will not run scripts. but it will allow a better development and understanding just by being able to use the right hand pane to bounce around subs, gosubs, and tags.

edit and almost forgot one of my most favorite features the syntax checker for when you have missed a stupid bracket or mixed bracekts and braces.

if you use SUO to read through the script you will find it way easier to understand. the ability to go to all the subs and the gosubs, was invaluable to me to understanding the coding and structure.

Well, I have been playing for a couple of weeks now and must say it is a very enjoyable flight game.
Skills are easy to train, ( simply clicking learn and it does even if your not online) and take x amount of time for each level. Training requires experience points which are gained by the usual NPC slaughter, mining for resources, pvp, and daily missions.

It is extremely doable for FREE, if you don't mind the grind. I have yet to spend a dime and am at level 19, w/ a 3/4 of the upgraded strike and just got an escort.

If anyone ever figures out how to friend people for the exra freebies, I'ld like to know.

IF YOU USE FIREFOX VERY IMPORTANT, actually any gecko based browser, you will need to disable JAVA or it will crash, due to some java script(not java script) error.

Well, If you haven't dowloaded it yet , your going to need EasyUO,www.easyuo.com. Once that is installed, place the script you want to run in the same directory as EUO and open it in euo, hit play and hopefully away you go.

I saw a blurb about this movie, the idea came from the game. How they translate that to a movie???

You will find a lot of the scripts that seem broken have a fix somewhere in the thread. And if there is not a fix for the current problems, you'll find that explanations for the old fixs will probably help you w/ a new fix.
And always check the syntax w/ SUO, such a sweet little tool for finding stupid *bleep*.

I was under the impression that this script did not work any longer.
Did you read the whole post or just jump to the end?
There is a fix in the thread.
