Data mined long ago, but yes. Most likely will come as they applied cliloc changes months ago during a large patch.

  I was aware the cliloc info mentioned Vendor Searching etc quite awhile ago... but who knows when they were going to get around to it.  Now at least it appears Mesanna says it's going to hit TC next week and they usually only leave stuff there for a very short period of time.
