This is old but not widely known.
When setting up vendors or storing gold on vendors it usually takes 2 accounts or a good (honest)friend to load your vendor with excess gold. You can easily add massive gold to your own vendors without having an extra account or (sometimes very hard to find) honest friend.
1) First get a BOD book. add a bulk order deed of any kind and price it with the ammount of gold in your bank account you want to transfer to the vendor. 2) Drop the BOD book on the vendor and then buy the deed. There is no one minute delay on deeds inside BOD books so just buy your own deed off your
own vendor to transfer gold from your bank account to a gold storage vendor.

Also, you can leave the bod book open and buy out of it so long as you are on the same server line.

OMW .. thank you so much for this tip.... transferring gold to vendors has always driven me crazy and has been way to time consuming in the past.
