growing plants at all profitible?

I use to love growing plants, but other than the astetic value, are they profitible?

Nope.  Not even for seeds of renewal.

I haven't played for over a year, but when I did I grew plants. Neo has a really good plant tending script floating around on this site, and if you use the 1 tile plant trick you can easily have 1k+ plants. just takes awhile to tend them and you need lots of pots. I don't know how much seeds of renewal are going for these days, but I made decent money.

You can also make clipping from the plants after they are in astheic form and make dyes from them now. So that adds to the value some also.

Well I do real well off of plants Seeds of renewal The clippings  and then of course the famous orange petals that I cannot keep in stock.

The down side is the fact UO plants are worse than a dog on having to be tended to. You figure if you have 1k in plants down your going to eat through 400 pots of Poison and Cure I think it is a day. That may be a bit high but not to far off.
