Best File Backup System?

Hi folks -

Recently, my 2 yr old trashed a USB hard drive.  No big deal - it was mostly full of cartoons for her anyway.  I bought the new Seagate 1TB drive to replace it.

I was just forced to offload 30+GB of family videos from my gaming laptop to make room for StarCraftII.  Now, I'm paranoid that something is going to happen to this drive and I'll lose all the videos of my kids from birth onwards.

What do you do to safeguard your most valuable stuff?  Online?  Multiple removable harddrives? 

Cost really isn't an issue for keeping these videos safe...
