Basic pvp suit will want all 70s resist, 40 lmc, health point increase, mana regen, dci 45, 2/ 6 castiing, 100 lower regent cost, enhanceing potions as much as u can squeeze on to it, spell damage increase 12, and the rest realy depends on your playstyle but that should give u start to figure out what arties you want to try and get to put into your suit. I personaly like the kasa of rajahn and the ornie for my suit.
As for the sampire will need all 70s but u will want to take fire up above 70 to off set the vampiric embrace after that will want stam increase, hp increase, mana increase, and mana regen, and lmc hit chance and some dci
