Title: Spell HotKey

Hello,

Unfortunately since Mysticism appeared, developers razor did not update the macro system to spell mystic and will not update it.
So I thought it would be nice to create a system similar to Razor macro Hot Key with OpenEUO.

To be honest, I have no programming knowledge, but if someone could guide me to do this, I'm ready to get involved.

ive never used razor so i dknot know what your talking about ... but thiers a no hotkey command in both eUO an OpenEUO.
