Wow! That was a good read TM thanks for posting that baby. I bought gold on Markee Dragon once or twice before.

I remember about a week ago I got an email from Markee Dragon about selling items etc. He must be doing a firesale and then cutting all his ties to EA.

I for the life of me can't understand how a business can operative this way. There are customers with money in their pockets lining up to throw their money at EA and they are completely ignored. The uogametimecodes site is godawful. There are posts left and right on stratics about players having problems and wanting to give EA money but are unable to do so.

No wonder this game is in dire strats sometimes. But the worst part about it..is it pisses people off at the lack of support. I get irk'd just reading this stuff. How assinine is EA and those executives in charge. I would fire all their asses and bring in someone who understands the basic fundamental principals of capitalism.

I'd love to see UO bought by a company that cares about the players and not the numbers.

Putting time into player needs/wants would bring back some of the older players and attract new players and would surely pay off tenfold as opposed to how EA is running it.

I've always known that EA's customer service was terrible but this just completely brings it onto a whole new level. For a site that spends hundreds of thousands of dollars promoting EA's products you'd think EA would have the idea to perhaps give them better treatment? Guess not.

Whats annoying is the osi owned luna houses .. and those burning fire pits .. thiers little enough luna housing as is.. get rid of those i say.
