Question regarding autoheal someones pet ?

Hi!

I have been reading alot and trying to understand how you guys can make so many wonderful scripts, I thank you all for taking the time and effort to make all of our lives easier.

However now the time has come for me to make one of my own.

So I'm playing with two accounts the first is a normal tamer and the second is gonna be a support char with barding mastery and the ability to throw in a heal now and then.

Question: Is there an easy way for the support role to check health% on party member and cast healing at a certain % ?

I think I know the answer but I have to ask.

best regards Bulbous Bufont

It really depends on your definition of EASY....   Your going to have to pixel Scan the party bar to determine the amount of health / damage that person has taken.  I usually use a Sub that places the party bar in a certain place with a black backround on my screen & then have another sub that pixel scans that location in increments determining the percentage of damage.  If it returns something other than Red (dmg) / Blue (Health) / Green (Poison) / Yellow (Mortal) Then I have it Re-open the party bar again bc I obviously closed / moved it...

I know there's a few subs / scripts out there that already do this, but doing is the best way to learn !

Thanks I thought pixel scan was the way to go but I was hoping for a gethealth kind of command. Well time to read up on some scanning then.

You might be able to adapt this script:

Also you should check in ENs section; he's got some gump stuff in there too.
