Love this. Took me a half a second to figure out how to set it up, learned it's best not to set it up while drinking (marked 7 or more trees per rune, got to rune 16 and realized I forgot to change the number of the rune).  Died about 20 times at the same spot before I decided to remark my runes.
Of course I do have questions. Is there a reason it doesn't chop at some trees? When I mark them I run to within 1 tile of the tree, add and it will chop (if it is too far or cant be chopped I remove that tree). When I run the script it will run to the spot and just stand there for a second or three before running to the next location without attempting to chop. I didn't see anyone else posting this problem so I'm guessing it's something I'm doing wrong, I just cant figure out what.
Even with my minor problem I still think this is probably the best LJ script I've had the honor to use.

Great job!

That script is boss! Been running it for tw days and am extremely happy with the outcome. When I first started it out I had runes all over ter mur but unfortunately things would kill me often. I have a mining script that has a healing sub in it. I may write a small sub for healing in this one just in case i run into any trouble lol. Other than that little add on this script is amazing thank you so much :).

I looked through the comments but was unable to find an answer...

When I try to run this, I did the setup and everything (which was very straightforward, btw.. Nice work!). It recalls to my first spot, and then gets stuck on the first step, where the red line reads "Weight OK! Chopping tree." Except it doesn't chop the tree, I just stand there.

Now, if I double click on my axe, it does chop the tree, but only in that circumstance.

Did I screw up the setup? How do I fix this?

Many thanks!!

Probably a silly question, but is your axe in your characters hand?

Yeah it should be, just that usually for me....the most simple things are usually what I overlook. :D

Have you tried a different type of axe?  I haven't looked, but I suppose it is possible that the type of axe you are using isn't loaded into the script.  I've been running Neo's masterpiece for the better part of 2 days straight and have had no issues at all.

No, I have not, but I will give that a shot. I know my character is a gargoyle, so I was using a garg axe. Lemme try a couple others, see if they help :^)

That was it. Thanks much for the help. I changed axes, and now it works.

Cheers, all!

Glad  you got it worked out. I wasnt on to respond but I would have said the same thing. He said he only tried it with the melisande axe and thats what ive been using. You might wanna grab one of them anyways bc it gives you lumberjack 5 plus self repair so it never breaks :)

I havnt used this is a long while. For some reason it wont chop trees not your script i cant do it manually either. i used mel's axe and other axes. I ided the axe and verified that it is in the script as one of the axes.

I havent been playing for a little while, and i restored my laptop recently. I still had this script saved for when i came back. Well, i came back recently, updated my client and EUO to the new 222 version, and tried to run the script.
It went thru most of the setup fine, i marked all my spots, i did everything but set my secure in the bank, then saved cause i forgot. when i tried to sec my secure in my bank, it opened my bank box, then kept opening my bank every few seconds untill i had to stop it.
I tried restarting it, loading up my save. Then i unchecked the box for useing bank. I opened my bank. Then chose my bag in my bank  as my secure, then i checked the box to use the bank. It let me proceed, but i dont think it fixed it.
I clicked "start chopping" and it alternated between opening my backpack and my runebook, but never recalled anywhere.
Im not sure whats going on, this is normally a pretty stable script, ive used it alot, its one of my fav's, any ideas? im no good at troubleshooting, it seems like something messed up with id's or somethn.

Ghost, thx alot but i wasnt able to find the zip of map files you mentioned.
Hoby, thanks, that may be my problem, cause this isnt the only script that wont work for me, a buggy version of euo makes alotta sence for what im seeing.

update: It works great again, I updated my EUO, there had been a couple new versions released very quickly, the newest version being 225. I also followed a link provided by Tidus in the shoutbox, that led me to TM's Deconvolver, and fixed my map files. Thanks everyone for all the help :-)

NEO, I have to say that this is another awesome script that you have written.  It works flawlessly for me and I could not be any happier.  If you set it up right, I love how it runs to the next set of trees and looks as if the script is not automated, but that you are actually manually chopping all of the trees.

The only problem I have is when I get poisoned by a Silver Serpent and the script tries to cast cure and fails, but then it keeps chopping at the trees.  Eventually the poison will kill me.  I have tried to mark all of the locations in areas where there is little or no spawn, but sometimes that is not possible or somehow a mob will have wandered into an area where it normally doesn't spawn.  I especially try and avoid all of the 'red labeled' mobs.
