I'm not sure what happened here, I did it kinda fast. I always use the 'Browse' option and select my two, but one was already in the box. This is Build 236.

You see the "3" there; that's the number of items found.  Since you have the 3rd one also highlighted up there, ScriptUO is really wanting you to make up your mind and just select 2 files to diff.  So it's not really a bug; it's working as intended.  ;)
