It always worked for me but my characters have always had at least 40 SS. I don't know if it has anything to do with it. Also, hitting for 200 while being under blood oath usually killed me before I leech any life back (though magic resist comes in handy for this).

It was THunting on my Gargoyle Thrower where I first discovered there is a flaw in Curse Weapon. It's happened many many times on that character and I can't figure out where the disconnect is. It can be very aggravating when your banking on leeching and you get zip in return. I've had to cast 3 times in a row before it 'worked'.

Are you the Macrophage from stratics (also on Europa)?
