It's one of the only shows that I'm following now (along with V, Smallville and somewhat The Event)... Sadly the next season of Walking Dead begins Fall 2011  :(

I wasn't sure what that was in the background at the end but in Talking Dead they said it's a prison.

I like this show and I've watched both seasons. I don't want to say to much but i really don't like rick's wife or son. Their kid needs a collar and a leash.

This season was meh. Again don't wanna give up too much about it, but the first half of the season made me want everyone to get attacked by walkers/zombies. so slow

They were acting all suspect in the bar. rick took care of em pretty well. Weird to see him actually kill a human. After the whole sophia arc ended I said thank god. Damn near ruined the season for me.

Hopefully season 3 will be good. AMC might have to cut the budget of walking dead and breaking bad for mad men since they completely messed up on negotiating contracts.

Average episode costs of the walking dead are probably rather low. Overall the second half of the season kicked the first half of the season's ass.

I haven't read the comics but I believe that's where they're going towards. Lots of potential too. Are there other suvivors there? Guards? Inmates? Alive? Undead? So many possibilities!

Yea I was kinda wondering about the hooded Sword slasher chic, I wonder if her cloak is blessed and if she has 120 swords....... :D Yea the whole prison setup for next season should be pretty crazy,Walking dead inmates and guards!!

I like how they filmed the last part of the episode. At the time of filming, they didn't have an actress cast for that part. I think they did the mystery part perfect. The backstory is kind of crazy for her. I don't wanna spoil it so ill place it in a spoiler below this.

The 2 zombies she had with her were/are? her boyfriend and his friend. They were trapped in their house and they got bit and turned. She didn't have weapons, so she took a samurai sword from her sadistic neighbor kid and cut their arms and their bottom jaws off. She uses them as camo to move freely with the walkers without fear of attack.

One particularly gruesome scene was when Rick tossed the crazy dude out to the walkers so they could escape out the back. The walkers tore into the dude in a feeding frenzy.

The image was a group of hands, all covered in blood, grabbing and slopping around... very nasty...

I think what's going to happen is this... Our friend with the crossbow is about to get heat from the group... He licked his fingers and then shook the hand of a kid who then got sick and died. I think that eventually him and/or the group will figure that out.

Nice Dx.. Take it a step further and I bet you can track close contact btween the bleeding Eye Walker at the fence that Gets Closeups x 2 --> other walkers that actually get "Fence Killed" and then characters leading up to licking his fingers or something heh.

I believe the virus/flu was picked up from an incoming zombie and everyone that has been infected recently has been out working on the fence killing zombies. the few that are not infected have not been on the fence since season 4 started. This season has been slow to start. I was lamost ready to gice up until this last episode and they hear a radio signal on the radio and then run into a horde of undead that you can see walking down the road it seems for atleast a half mile! Now it has kicked into gear just a little.

The 2 kids they met up seemed a little "off" lol - the dude straight up disappeared, i bet he gonna come back eventually, he has rick's watch. As for carol, she kind of going nuts, I can agree with rick wanting to kick her out tha group, i just wonder how daryl is going to react. it was a decent episode

its still a slow season as far as i'm concerned .. lots of potential angles being made lots of nice background story.. but at once a week if it doesn't pickup the pace it will get annoying.. perhaps i should just wait until the whole season is over and binge it in a day or 2.

Binge !    Yea.... it's a bit slow.  The new angle just cuts down on the excitement for me some bc there's less action imo.   Did anyone else get the feeling that Carol maybe wasn't responsible for the 2 fire burned bodies?   I'm kinda thinking maybe the eldest girl she's looking out for etc...

I got a bit of that feeling.  I dont see Carol going far and leaving the girls especially after one of them called her mum.

And the dude with the dislocated shoulder + sword girl stop looking .. makes me think that a raid is coming from dislocated shoulders old group.

those little girls totally saved tyrese. i'm still convinced the older girl is the killer tho. I'm assuming the governor is dead, as it looked like he got shot in the head. this mid season finale was pretty good cpmpared to all the boring filler episodes waling dead has pushed on us in the past.

Yea Mid Season Finale was AWESOME..... It just annoys me that the best part is the "hurry up and wait" hook.   After Rick Bails out behind the School bus I was kinda like "uhh.. no one going to make sure he's dead eh?" Other than that it was entertaining though I'm still trying to make up my mind on the Rick's little infant.....

Definitely the best episode of the season by far! I'm also thinking that the older girl is the "psycho" who's doing the stuff with the rats and possibly killed the two earlier. Although I don't see how she would've drug the bodies outside unless Carol found them and helped her cover it up. I hate this mid-season finale crap.

OMG! I can't believe he chopped off Herschels head!  I thought for sure Michone would have gotten it first!  I am still in disbelief that they lost the prison!  I don't know, kinda dissapointed that herschel got killed off.  Didn't see that coming at all.


That was pretty awesome that the little girl saved tyrese!

As soon as rick went into his speech about forgiveness and working together I saw it coming.  He was inspired by Herschel and it was kind of a give away that herschel was going to die.  I figured it was going to happen back in the sick ward as well since he was being so damn inspring and all the times the show was emphasizing his positive influence on the group.

I think the kid will be alive, I bet someone on the bus picked it up or michone grabbed it or something. 

I think the little girl loved the zombies at first and feel like it is obvious that she was feeding them rats.  I'm surprised that people don't think it is as obvious as I do.  Back when Carl yelled at her for naming them.  Feeding it a rat is like feeding your pets... Then she probably killed the two sick people (david and eh..) and then carol probably took the blame for the girls.  That wouldn't explain her reaction to when she was thanked by tyresse unless she felt that guilty for lying about it.

I think tyresse will forgive the girl after she saves his life and also I think that carol will come back and that she's not gone for good. 

By the way, that was awesome.  My gf and I were so happy to see that dyke bitch (sorry for the language, I still hate her) get shot in the head after she shoots rick.  I also like that her gf regretted instantly the attack!  My favorite scene was the guy that hops out of the tank and Daryll is waiting for him with his xbow.  The guy tries to ask for mercy.  None!  I do wish he would have cocked off and said something to the effect, this is what you wanted, we already tried to avoid this.

So glad that, despite losing the prison, most of that *bleep* camp got owned.  I'm also glad the governor was alive to see his actions caused the death of that girl (however innocent she and tragic her death was).  I'm glad that michone got to stab the governor, for him to see her face, and then for her to leave him in misery.  I had hoped he lived so he could in anguish and guilt for his actions as a punishment, but the mom shooting him in the head was cool too.




Anyway, loved the episode.  I wished we hadn't spent the two previous episodes solely on the governor, not because I don't like him, but because his story wasn't that interesting and his character doesn't have the charisma for that much time.  I'd rather have seen more going on at the prison for one episode and a two episode long conflict.

So what happened to the three little girls...  We saw the 2 sisters with guns and they disappeared off the WRONG WAY after saving  tyresse... but their was a third little girl originally carrying the baby.. so i suspect she got on the bus with the baby... although their was blood in the carrier.

Great episode...
