hey im new around here trying to figure out how to actuallly downlaod the scripts i dont see where you can

You found the new member introductions section, you might want to look at it a little closer.

There are also plenty of examples of good introductions.

This post by the Site Admin will tell you why you are restricted and cannot download any scripts. http://www.scriptuo.com/index.php?topic=1750.0

Read these posts, check out the examples of introductions, and then edit yours and try again.  ;)
