I seem to be pretty hooked on the CoD4. I play it single player offshore over and over and when I'm home enjoy playing online. It's just the next step towards a more realistic first person shooter, I recommend trying it out. The graphics and feel are pretty convincing, but I only play this type of game once every couple years, so the last I remembered was way crappier.
