I heard from a good source that the Gypsy NPC camps actually track Players so they spawn anywhere near where a player has been for over 15 mins. In more clear terms if you stay in one area for more than 15 mins you will start getting gypsy spawn there.

so we could technically open 10 or so 14 day free accts. Make a character on each acct with 50 hiding. place them in random locations with hide loops going and then recall farm the gypsies.
